Carole took on a lovely Arab stallion whose owners had a change of circumstances and could no longer afford to look after him, we will call him ‘Phillip’, although it’s not his real name.
Phillip was a stallion and typically mischievous, he had a great sense of humor and was so handsome. I became very attached to him and felt I became a lot more confident with other horses after working with him.
One day Carole was called out of the blue by his original owner wanting to know if she could have her horse back now she was in a better position to look after him. It certainly looked good for Phillip.
A couple of days later a horsebox came and Phillip went back to his original home. Carole had looked after, fed, stabled and given a lot of time to Phillip for more than a year. I miss Phillip but hope he is really happy and I bet he is one awesome looking lad now.
