As many of you are aware, a team from MARS at Waltham (Waltham Centre for Pet Nutrition (WCPN)) spent the day with us on 10th July. The team did an amazing job of creosoting the fence rails and posts, supplying a brand new gate for the small manège area, and for hardcoring 3 gate areas. Not only did they do all this, they have very kindly and generously donated a some feed and feed vouchers as well. A sincere thank you to MARS for all their support.
We would also like to give a big thank you to Dr Gallop for her generous donation of 200 bales of hay, and to Roger, Rosie and Gerry for unloading the bales in the extremely hot weather, to Mikala, who spent a week’s work experience with us, and for her charm, hard work and being such a pleasure to have around, and thank you to her parents for their donation, to Nicky and Brian for their kind donation of hay and straw which they brought to the yard, to the 2nd Bottlesford Brownies for donating the amount in their penny jar which amounted to £18.57.
Hope to see you on the 24th.
